recommend a cleanse to almost all my clients, and particularly those who are trying to clear up their skin. This cleanse is three days of eating mostly vegetables and fruits with some specific cleansing juices and teas. It's a time to retreat and take care of yourself. I do it twice a year to reset my habits and
curb my vices.
